Check the actual file format

A native mapping project or XML preset is not an image. Renaming it to .png does not convert it. Export a real PNG, JPEG, or WebP from your mapping or image application.

Read the error shown in the upload flow. It can point to an unsupported format, damaged file, or invalid dimensions. Keep a copy of your original project before re-exporting.

Simplify and try again

Flatten the export, remove editor overlays, and try a smaller PNG while keeping the same aspect ratio. If video generation is planned, export with even width and height.
