Accessibility
Last updated September 16, 2026
Our commitment
We want Lenscap to be usable by people with disabilities. Our current engineering target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we combine automated checks with keyboard, zoom, screen-reader, and reduced-motion testing. Accessibility is ongoing work, so this page is not a claim that every part of the service is free of barriers.
What we test
We test core public pages and signed-in creation flows for keyboard access, visible focus, headings and labels, text alternatives, color contrast, error identification, reflow and zoom, reduced motion, and compatibility with common assistive technologies. AI-generated media may not include complete captions or descriptions automatically; you should review and add the accessibility information your audience needs before publishing it.
Report a barrier
If something prevents you from using Lenscap, choose Accessibility on our contact form. Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—your browser and assistive technology. We will acknowledge the report and work with you on an accessible alternative while we investigate.
