AI Content Policy

1. Purpose and responsibility

Lenscap supports ambitious visual work while protecting people, rights holders, providers, and the public. This policy applies to prompts, uploads, reference images, templates, generated media, projection projects, and other activity on Lenscap. You remain responsible for what you submit, generate, publish, sell, or project.

2. Rights, consent, and provenance

Upload only material you have the right to use. Obtain permission for protected works, trademarks, private property, voices, and likenesses when the law or your intended use requires it. Do not remove provenance, watermark, or rights-management information to mislead others about a work’s source. Review generated content before use; output can unintentionally resemble existing people, brands, or works.

3. Child safety and sexual content

Never create, upload, request, possess, or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of anyone under 18, grooming material, or content that facilitates exploitation of a minor. Do not create nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, sexual violence, or explicit sexual content. Apparent age matters: content that depicts a person as a minor is prohibited even if fictional or generated.

4. People, identity, and deception

Do not impersonate a person deceptively, create fraudulent evidence, facilitate identity theft, or misrepresent synthetic media as an authentic record where that could cause harm. Do not use Lenscap to harass, stalk, shame, blackmail, defame, or exploit someone. Satire, parody, artistic transformation, and consensual character work must still comply with law and avoid deception likely to cause material harm.

5. Privacy and sensitive information

Do not upload private records, identity documents, account credentials, medical information, precise location history, or other sensitive information without authority and a genuine need. Do not use Lenscap to identify an unknown person, infer highly sensitive traits, or make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, law enforcement, or access to essential services.

6. Violence, self-harm, and dangerous activity

Do not request content that meaningfully facilitates violent crime, terrorism, abuse, self-harm, weapons construction, or evasion of law enforcement. Documentary, newsworthy, fictional, and artistic depictions may be restricted when graphic, celebratory, instructional, or likely to cause harm. Never use projected content in a way that creates a foreseeable physical, traffic, aviation, crowd, or property-safety risk.

7. Fraud, unlawful activity, and platform abuse

Do not use Lenscap for scams, phishing, counterfeit documents, malware, unlawful discrimination, illegal goods or services, or infringement. Do not probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass moderation, authentication, rate, payment, credit, or security controls. Do not resell account access or use automated means outside documented interfaces.

8. Political and public-interest use

Do not create deceptive synthetic media that falsely depicts a public official, candidate, election event, emergency, war, or public-safety event as genuine when it could materially mislead people. Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media when context could otherwise cause a reasonable viewer to treat it as an authentic record.

9. Safety review

Lenscap checks prompt text before generation. Model providers may apply additional controls. Generated images and a limited set of sampled video frames are checked before delivery; sampling does not guarantee that every frame is classified. Authorized personnel may review relevant content when needed for moderation, security, support, appeals, failure investigation, or product-quality checks.

10. Enforcement and appeals

We may reject a request, withhold an output, remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate an account based on the severity, context, and pattern of conduct. Credits deducted for a rejected or failed generation are returned under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Report a concern or appeal a decision through the contact form. We may notify authorities or safety organizations when required by law or reasonably necessary to address an imminent threat or child-safety matter.
